How do I file without upgrading to deluxe. It will not let me when I hit review.

The Free Edition only supports simple tax returns that can be filed on Form 1040 without any attached schedules. There have been changes made to the tax law for 2018 returns. This page will explain the reasons you may have be getting charged.
