You should report your gambling income under Wages & Income >> Less Common Income >> Gambling Winnings. Most casinos send form W2G to report your gambling winnings.
The easiest way to find this section of TurboTax is to open your return and use the Search box at the top right side of the TurboTax header. Click on the magnifying glass, type in "w2-g", hit Enter, and click the "jump to" link to go directly to beginning of the topic.
The Gambling Winnings topic will allow you to enter your gambling losses as well. If you are able to itemize your deductions, your gambling losses will be reported on Schedule A to offset your winnings.
If you received both a W2G and Form 1099-K, as long as the W2G shows the full amount of your winnings, you can report only the W2G. Keep the 1099-K with your tax records and make a note to yourself that the amount is reported on W2G.
