How do I file more than 1 w2 forms

Did you already file the first one?  You have to report all your income on the same return.  If you filed you will need to do an Amended return to add more.

To enter/edit/add W-2:

1. Open your return (or continue if open).

2. Type “W-2” OR “W2” (lower-case works too) in Search box (upper right-hand corner of the screen)

3. Click on “Jump to W-2” link.

4. Answer screen interview prompts.  You can import your W-2 or enter it manually.

After you enter the first W2 you can add another.  Or did you already file the first one?   You have to report all your income on the same tax return.   If you already filed you need to file an amended return to add it.

You should not amend until the first return has fully processed and you get the first refund or your tax due payment has cleared.  

The 2021 1040X amended return won't be ready until March 17, 2022.
