You did not say what type of an entity your business is operating in. It all depends on the type of entity. If it's a schedule C, then it's a IRS Form 4868. If it's a corporation, then it's a Form 7004. Partnerships file a Form 8736. Different types of entities have different due dates as well..

for calendar S-Corps, C-Corps or Partnerships the extension was due 3/15/2023. so you can no longer get it. those returns are late so file as soon as possible because there are late filing penalties. if your asking about your sole proprietorship or single member LLC that's included when you file an extension for your personal return.
Here's the IRS instruction for C corps. For a new C corp, you are free to elect any month-end due date.

When To File
Generally, a corporation must file its income tax return by the 15th day of the 4th month after the end of its tax year. A new corporation filing a short-period return must generally file by the 15th day of the 4th month after the short period ends. A corporation that has dissolved must generally file by the 15th day of the 4th
month after the date it dissolved.
However, a corporation with a fiscal tax year ending June 30 must file by the 15th day of the 3rd month after the end of its tax year.
To file an extension for a C Corp, use form 7004.
