How do I file a 2017 Q4 estimated tax payment? I began receiving SS in Nov and it is enough I think that I need to file estimated to cover it. How to do it?

I opened my Turbo Tax 2016 app but could not figure out how to print an estimated payment form since I did not need to file estimated for 2017 based on my 2016 Tax Return.

You can actually make that payment directly to the IRS using the website below:

https://www.irs.gov/payments

You would need to go to your state website linked to below to determine how to pay an estimated taxes to them:
