How do I file a 1099-Misc if am not an independent contractor and not an employee? I made $911 at a 501 (c)(3) organization and did not receive a 1099-Misc form and do not have their FIN.  How do I report this without doing a Sechedule C?

It isn't up to you to file a 1099-MISC. It was the responsibility of the organiztion who paid you to issue a 1099. However, you have to report all of your income on your tax return. If you weren't an employee, and the organization didn't withhold from your pay, this is self-employment income subject to self-employment tax (Social Security and Medicare). It's reported as General Income on Schedule C, whether you consider yourself an independent contractor or not. You can deduct expenses against this income if you had any.
