How do I file 1040 EZ returns for my kids using the same login I used to file my return?
That's a no-no! Each online account can only handle 1 Federal return per tax year. If you try to prepare a second return in the same account, it will overwrite the first one, making it unrecoverable.
A
separate account (separate User ID) is necessary for each Online return, and a
separate fee (if applicable). You can use the same email address in
the Account Settings (Profile and Security tabs), if desired for notification purposes,
but each User ID must be unique. A User ID does not have to be an email address.
For future reference, the desktop products (CD/download) can handle multiple returns.
Please see this FAQ on how to start a second Online return:

How do I file 1040 EZ returns for my kids using the same login I used to file my return?
Do your kids need state returns? If so, state returns are 29.99 in Free Edition. But there is another option for a free TurboTax product that includes free state returns, if the kid qualifies.
TurboTax also has another free product called the FREEDOM Edition (not to be confused with the regular Free Edition). It has free Federal preparation AND free State preparation. There is no efiling fee or other fees.
The Freedom Edition is more fully-featured than the regular Free Edition. The Freedom Edition can prepare Schedule A, C, D, E, F and enter K-1 that the Free Edition cannot. It will prepare a Form 1040 return, or 1040A or 1040EZ.
For Freedom Edition a user needs to meet only ONE of these qualifications:
AGI of $33,000 or less
or active duty military (including Reservists and National Guard) with a military-issued W-2 and a 2017 AGI of $66,000 or less
or eligible for the Earned Income Credit (EIC aka EITC).
The FREEDOM Edition is located at the following site:

Here's how to switch and start over in Freedom Edition. Requires new account (User ID) at the Freedom website.

Sorry, I'm a fellow user and can't help you any with an Alaska PFD. I can provide this FAQ, however, which has a section called "What about my child's Alaska PFD?" that tells you some choices. In some cases you can choose to report it on "your" return, or you can to prepare a separate return for the child.
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2414465-where-do-i-enter-my-alaska-permanent-fund-dividend-alaska-...>
I don't know if Free Edition will let you enter it or not. I know FREEDOM Edition will.
If you need additional help specific to that Alaska PFD topic I can see if I get someone to help you.

I've asked around and was told that you can NOT use the regular Free Edition for your child to report the Alaska PFD.
You CAN use the FREEDOM Edition, however. If you haven't yet started an account for the child at regular Online TurboTax, then do NOT start one there. Instead, go to the Freedom Edition website to start the new account.

If you already started an account for the child at regular Free Edition, then you'd have to start another new account (different User ID) for the child at the FREEDOM website, or else it would keep putting you back in Free Edition.
