How do I enter state withholding (not from a W-2 or 1099) for numerous states? I can only enter 3 states on the other income tax paid screen.

I need to add withholding/composite tax paid for about 30 states.

Tax "withholding" is money that an entity that pays you  keeps out for tax and sends it directly to the taxing authority on your behalf.    That must always be reported to you and the taxing authority on a W-2 or 1099 form.   Who withheld the tax and how is it being reported to you?

Are you confusing withholding with estimated tax paid by you?   (it would be very unusual to pay estimated tax to 30 states unless you actually had taxable income from 30 states and need to file 30 separate state tax returns in which case I suggest seeing a tax professional.).

The withholding was done on my behalf by the partnership for which I receive a K-1.  The partnership does business in most states, most of which I am part of a composite return.  For whatever reason, it appears TurboTax will only let me enter withholding in a max of 3 states.  I could enter all the withholding last year (2017) but not this tax year.
