Did the people in the household change throughout the year?  Are your trying to change the number based on the months someone was or was not on the policy?  If so, After you select that you shared the policy with another taxpayer, you can select the months then percentage will apply to the time you actually shared the policy.

Family of four was on covered CA for 9 months.

Months 1-8 allocation (Parents, Son1,Son2):

20%, 40%,40%

 

Month 9 allocation (Parents, Son1,Son2): 60%, 0%, 40%

How do I enter an Enrollment Premium %, SLCSP % and Advanced Payment of PTC % for a Premium Tax Credit (form 8962) that changes over the year?

To do this in TurboTax you would need to enter the 1095-A twice.  Enter the first 8 months as one and then the rest of the year as the second 1095-A.  For the policy numbers you will need to add a -2 or something to the end to avoid the duplicate policy  number error.  

 

For each policy you enter, you will allocate the percentages for those months.
