How do I enter a pre-paid estimated amount paid to the state for the year 2018?

Using TurboTax Deluxe version.

Click on Federal on the left hand side of your screen.

1. Click on Deductions & Credits at the top of the page
2. Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid (you may need to click on All Tax Breaks)
3. Click on Estimated Tax Payments
4. Click on State estimated taxes for 2018
