How do I enter 2 separate state incomes with one federal income? This is due to how my employer files taxes, I have 2 incomes for state with 2 different tax ID numbers.

Do you have 2 state numbers in boxes 15-17?  You can enter 2 rows for boxes 15-17.  Are they different states?

If you have two different w-2 forms combine them into one form on TurboTax by having two state entries.  You will also need to file two state returns.
