How do I eliminate schedule C on this year's 1040 which is not used?

My business changed from Schedule C self-employment to S-corp for 2018 and I don't need to complete the schedule C and related worksheets.

The business is not disposed of. The filing status changed from a Schedule C to 1120S in 2018 and I have a K-1 for my 1040. I'm trying to finish the return and TurboTax reports several errors for an uncompleted Schedule C, which I don't need this year. Can I just disregard those errors and finish the return?
