How do i efile my maryland state return and pay with refund?

I filed my federal and waiting for refund but the system is not allowing me to file state and pay with reund

How do i efile my maryland state return and pay with refund?

You can only pay with your refund once. If you have already submitted your federal taxes and didn't submit the state at the same time then you wont have the option to use the refund to pay for fees. Please see the TurboTax FAQ for more info.
