How do i efile a state return after the federal return has been efiled and accepted?

turbo tax is not allowing me to efile my state return for 2022 after the federal return has been filed and accepted by IRS according to turbotax.

Lots of  federal and/or state forms are not ready yet.   You have to e-file your federal return first, and then your state.  The state will not accept a return until the IRS has accepted your federal return. The IRS begins to accept returns on January 23.  If you are waiting for federal forms you will also have to wait to file your state.
