How do I edit details in 1099-INT schedule B form, Intuit isn't parsing the info from my bank right?

I uploaded a PDF and the detials that intuit is reading into the form aren't right and I can't edit the fields to repair them.

Delete the form and type it in.

You should be able to return to the 1099-INT and delete, or you can delete from the list of forms.
