TurboTax Business is not the same as TurboTax Home & Business. TurboTax Home & Business is for personal Form 1040-series tax returns with self-employment or a sole proprietorship. TurboTax Business is for partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates. You cannot file a personal 1040-series tax return with TurboTax Business.
