I am trying to log into my investment account and TurboTax won't recognize my user name and password. I called Wells Fargo and they said it was a TurboTax problem. Can you help?

I am trying to download my financial information from Wells Fargo Advisors and my user name and password are correct, but TurboTax won't let me log in. Can you help?

You may want to check and make sure your financial institution or brokerage is a TurboTax 1099 partner.
