When you sign onto the TurboTax account, using the same User ID that was used to purchase the software, on this website and click on Access my downloads, are you able to download the 2023 software you purchased? - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

Thanks for the help. The problem appears to be Intuit setting up too many distinct websites to confuse the occasional user. Yesterday I signed into https://accounts.intuit.com/. That website directed/linked me to https://us-east-2.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/unified/2023/index/etc... There was no option to get to the website you provided. Neither the Intuit or TurboTaxOnline sites provides access to my purchased TurboTax software. And neither site provides an option for "desktop users". The link you provided (https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/) for desktop users has my software listed. Phew.
One other note to Intuit: when I was signed in the "Feedback" icon on the https://accounts.intuit.com/ did not work after repeated tries. Hmmmm.
