How do I delete the unnecessary Form 2441 entry that is holding up my tax form?

I can't take a deduction for child and dependent care expenses because my wife did not earn income, but TurboTax won't let me file without an EIN-1 for the day school my son attends.

Please follow the instructions below to delete Form 2441. If there are any worksheets connected with the form, delete those as well.
