How do I delete a local tax form? I filed on the State's website, and now the TurboTax software will not allow me to file.

Can you clarify the situation?

Did you already file on the state's website?
Is the state return still in TurboTax?
Did you try to file in the same state again?
Did you try to delete the state.
Is it preventing you from filing your Federal return?
Did you try to file the Federal and select not to file the state?
