If you are using TurboTax Online:

  1. Sign in to your return and click Continue
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Tax Tools (it's near the bottom).
  3. Select Tools.
  4. In the pop-up window, select Delete a form.
  5. Scroll down the list until you see Form 1095-A (it might also be listed as Health Insurance Marketplace Statement).
  6. If there is a 8962 listed, delete that as well
  7. Click Delete next to it and confirm the deletion.
  8. Close your return and open back again to see if the change was made
