How do I complete the last step for filing my returns? I printed my federal return to mail but there isn't an option for me to e-file my state return?

The last step keeps saying there's an error with my federal return. But, the error is that I have to print and mail it in. Whenever I click to "file by mail" it just takes me back to the first page. There isn't an option to e-file my state tax return.

You cant eifle a state return unless the federal has been efiled and accepted as well.
