How do I Clear and Start Over if I already started with the free version and apparently paid for it but now I need to add more information?

It would not let me submit initially because TT was missing a form which is good because I got more tax forms after that But now I want to start over and can't.

Just click on the section of the program on the left side of the online program screen to enter the additional information.

Click on Federal>Wages& Income or Federal>Deductions & Credits

If you already paid your fees, you cannot "clear and start over"-----but you can get back in to the program to make changes or add information if you have not e-filed.   If you have not e-filed, click Add a State---that trick will allow you back in---you do not really have to add a state return, but that will get you into your return.

If you already e-filed, you cannot make any changes at this time.  You have to wait to see if the return is accepted or rejected;  if rejected, you can make changes.  If accepted, you have to wait for it to be fully processed to amend later in February.
