When you enter your income form 1099-K, be sure to subtract out any amounts not considered income (i.e. cash backs) and only include income for this business before reporting the amount on your 1099-K.
After you enter all of your 1099-K income
you can go into the ''Business Expenses" section and enter all of you
expenses related to the business including your commissions paid expenses.
Commission Expenses are include under the ''Other Common Business Expenses" section. Screenshot attached.
