How do I claim my daughter she hasn't lived with me for the year but she is a college student I am allowed to claim her correct?

How do I claim my daughter she hasn't lived with me for the year but she is a college student I am allowed to claim her correct?

Yes, if she's only away from your home because she's living at school and she's under 24 years old and a full time student. Living away at college counts as a temporary absence, so if your home is her home when she's not at school, she counts as living with you. You would enter that she lived with you all year. 

She also can't have provided more than half of her own support. Scholarships don't count in that calculation.
