When filing as Married Filing Separately you only enter your spouse's name and Social Security number. You do NOT enter any type income for your spouse the on MFS tax return.
I did enter an income at some point. I believe I was in the State of Michigan portion (homestead section?) when I entered it. I tried to back up to review after I realized I made a mistake, but I could not. I also could not find any place where that information is at.
I looked back at my 2018 return, and I see a table that shows information for a spouse, but I cannot find that in the 2019 process.
Additionally, after I had entered the amount, I saw my state tax refund go down dramatically.

If you filed the 2018 tax return using the TurboTax online editions and filed as Married Filing Jointly, then you should create a new account with a new User ID if you are going to file as MFS in 2019.
No, we had filed MFS last year as well.
