I assume you've moved from your state of residency when you prepared your 2016 income tax return to another state.
If you no longer need to make estimated tax payments from your "original" state then just throw those away. Go to your new state's taxing authority web site and find the new state's version of the estimated tax vouchers. Simply fill them out by hand and send them in.
