TurboTax makes it easy to change your email address when you need to. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your TurboTAx account (with your current email address if needed).
- On the lower left corner of the screen select Intuit Account
- Click edit next to the email address line
- Enter your new email address there, and confirm it
- Enter in your password
- Click save (do not forget to do this or it will not update)

I have appointment 2/17/20 @ 11:30 am and the confirmation was not sent to the correct email address:
