How do i change filing status if it does not give me the option? I have dependents this year and pay all the bills. It does not give me option to file as HOH

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.

Who are the dependents?    If the dependents are not related to you, you cannot use them to file as HOH.  For example, if the dependent is a GF or BF, or the children of a GF or BF and they are not related to you, you cannot use them in order to file as HOH.
