once file it can't be canceled. actually it can be useful since it seems you filed after 7/15 which was the last date a return could be timely filed without it. there really is nothing that should be done unless you set up electronic payments outside of the filed return. Then you can go to the IRS website to cancel provide the money hasn't already been taken from your account.
Just ignore the extension. Did you make a payment with the extension? You can just leave and abandon your Turbo Tax account. You can try to clear it.
