How do I cancel MAX?

After paying for MAX I was presented with the terms and conditions. They are fairly egregious and I have decided that I do not want MAX. The TurboTax website prompts me to hit "CONTINUE" to finish my return, but warns that clicking continue is agreeing to the T&Cs. There appears to be no way to not approve the T&Cs. How do I cancel MAX and get past the T&Cs without approving them. I no longer want MAX.

you have already paid for the TurboTax fees that included the MAX benefits, you will need to contact TurboTax customer service to discuss your options.

2. Navigate to the support section and find the option to contact customer service.
3. Explain your situation and request a refund. Note that refunds for unused features after paying are not typically offered, so it is best to speak with a representative directly.
