I was willing to do my taxes if it was free but it seems my 1300.00 refund was great for me but your turbo tax wanted to charge me over 400.00 for a ez form tax. Not happen. I would appreciate it if you cancel the taxes. Why would i want to pay 400 when your company states its free...i really dont want to make a big deal out of this but you give false hopes of getting your ez taxes done free. I was willing to even pay 20 to 30 dollars to you. I would really like my taxes cancelled or further action will be taken. Please stand by your free taxes that you say.

Having a TurboTax account of $400 is very hard to do. Unless you used the most expensive online edition of Live Self-Employed at $170. Created multiple state tax returns at $40 each. Selected options such as Max Benefits for about $60 and having the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund - Service charge $40
Look at your fees -
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.
Click on Tools
Click on My Fees
What is the breakdown of your fees?

How do i cancel filing my w2 tax returns
Did you already file it?
You cannot change or add anything on the return that you e-filed. It is too late, just like when you put an envelope in a US mailbox
Now you have to wait until the IRS either rejects or accepts your return. Which won't be until Feb 12 this year. If your return is rejected, you will be able to go into your account and add or change it and resend it. Click on Add a State to let you back into your return..
If the IRS accepts your return, then you have to wait until it has been fully processed and you have received your refund or paid the tax due. THEN you can prepare an amended tax return 1040X and mail it in. You cannot e-file an amended return. Meanwhile, DO NOT change anything on your return until you start the amended return. If you did change or add the missing info then take it out and put your return back to the way it was when you first filed it.
