Is there a place here in your forms to list last years Federal tax overpayment that was applied to 2018 estimated taxes? (line 77 on last years 1040 form0

In your open return, under Deductions & Credits, scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid / Income Taxes Paid and click on Start/Revisit.  (see sample screenshot below), click "Yes" on the next screen and following the program prompts to complete your entry.
