How do I add this 1095 form to 2022's taxes so I can finally file them?

I wasn't able to file my taxes for 2022 because I was missing this 1095 form. Now I have it and I'm trying to amend my rejected return from last year so I can turn in those taxes and finish this year's, but I can't figure out how to open it?

You can't make changes to your 2022 using TurboTax Online, you have to finish your tax return using the desktop software.    Online is only for the current tax year.   2022 software.  

If you started your 2020, 2021, or 2022 return in TurboTax Online but didn't file it before the extension deadline, you can finish and paper-file in TurboTax Desktop. Instruction link.
