How do I add an additional square for "Description" under the expenses section? It only lets me have 4.

Please clarify your questions. 

There are several sections within Deductions & Credits that provide Description and Amount entries.

I have successfully entered in excess of 4 descriptions on two forms by selecting "+ Add another expense".

Please let us know where you are having the problem?

This is under "Job Expenses for W-2 Income," with the subpage called "Any Other Expenses?".

It lists 4 spaces for entry, but I can't add any more.

Indeed, you can only add four lines in this particular section of Job Related Expenses for Form 2106. This is the last one in that section, so it will have already asked about many categories of expenses and this is the miscellaneous section. If you have more than four types of entries which do not belong in the previous sections, please do combine two of them here and include both descriptions on one line.
