How do I add a second spouse? During 2017 my divorce was finalized from one man and I married another. How do I file?

Your marital status at the end of the year determines how you file your tax return. If you had a new spouse at the end of the year, remove your prior spouse and add you new spouse.

This is done in TurboTax by -

• Logging into your TurboTax online account
• Click Take me to my return or pick up where I left off
• Click the My Info section (on the left tab)
• Click the edit button (the icon that looks like a pencil), next to your original spouse's name
• This will take you to the Your spouse's personal info screen. Enter your new spouse's information.
