Choose the option that says "I'll type it in myself"

If you are having trouble importing it then just enter it manually. Should be faster and easier to just enter it. The first screen asks for the bank name, don't enter the bank. Scroll down and click on Change the way I enter it and then on the next screen pick I'll type it in myself.

I have tried entering my 1099-R manually as Prudential Tax Services LLC is not listed in the drop down box.  However, when I check off to enter it myself, TT just takes me back to the first screen.  I cannot enter the information manually.  Anyone know how to do it?

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and return to Income > IRA, 401k, Pension Plan Withdrawals.

If you have other 1099-R's, you may need to choose 'Add Another 1099-R'.

After choosing, 'change how I enter my form' and then 'type it in myself' on the next page, you're asked 'who the 1099-R belongs to', and then 'who gave you a 1099-R', and then get an entry screen to manually enter the info.
