How could I only be getting $200 from federal when I made $15,000 in 2019??? Like I made more than my coworkers and they got more money from their refunds than I did??

Check your federal withholding for the year. They compare what you paid for the year vs. what you should have payed for the year and they give you the difference. There should have been a button for you to press, once they showed you what you were getting back that would to you why your only getting $200.

There could be quite a few reasons for this. Note that everyone tax situation is different. They may be claiming dependents and you are not. That is probably the likely reason this might happen. There could be other reasons for this but you will have to know about about their personal circumstances for you find out why.
