How come irs say my info don’t match

If you received a IRS letter then it should tell you what they found that was incorrect. Nobody here can see your IRS letter or tax return to answer that.

Or....do you mean that when you try to see information about your refund on the IRS site it is saying your information does not match?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040

Another possibility----if you mailed your return it could still be in a big pile of unopened mail. So the IRS has nothing to match you up with yet.
