How come I can't e-file my federal return?

It says I, "can't file just yet due to disaster tax relief laws passed by Congress". It lets me click on a single box, but leaving it be or clicking it doesn't change anything and it's extremely frustrating.

That's extremely helpful, but now I can't go back and change that question because my taxes are basically done and I can't find the question anymore.
