Sorry you can only download and install the Desktop program on a full Windows or Mac computer.   But you don't need to.  If it Rejected for the AGI that is only needed to efile.  Efiling is closed now so you have to print and mail it.  You don't need the AGI to mail it.  Just print it out and mail it now.
