If you think this is too high, you need to check your entries in the Federal return for state income.  You most likely made a decimal point or comma error when entering state tax withheld or state income.  Return to Federal Taxes, and look under Wages and income to edit your W-2.  Review your entries for the state on the lower part of the W-2.
