@bojono14  while I cannot see your return and also do not know the exact facts and circumstances of your case ,  the payment required  is by you --- TurboTax can only help you prepare a return and file , do the transmission thereof, collect  information  about acceptance / rejection of your filed return.   But the payment of taxes due are made directly by you --- please visit IRS  on how to pay .

I am sorry for this confusion.

Is there more I can do for you ?

If you got a notice that the balance due was not paid but you have proof of the payment then respond to the notice with the proof.  Try calling the number on the notice as this can usually be fixed easily.

Your only proof of payment is your bank statement or credit card showing the payment coming out. Turbo Tax only passes your bank account number to the IRS or state for them to take it out of your account.

The IRS has been sending out letters.   I've seen several posts that the person paid the tax due but got a letter.   How did you pay it?   Just send the IRS a copy of your bank statement or cancelled check.
