How can I use previous years AGI it didn't give me an option to enter one

If you are trying to use last years AGI to file your return, and you logged into the same account as last year or you uploaded your last years return, your AGI is automatically entered into your return.  

If you did not use the same account or upload your last years return, the option to enter your AGI is at the very end of your return, in the last few steps before you click submit.
