How can I transfer my copy of Turbo Tax to my new laptop?

I tried loading software of Turbo Tax 2016 to my new laptop, but it doesn't work. What do I do next?

Sign into TurboTax.com click the blue link on the upper right hand corner that says "accessCD/Downloads" under orders and purchases on the next screen select "Downloads and Unlocks" the downloaded copy should be there and you will be able to download it to your new laptop. If the download is not there, you can call product support and they will send it to you.
