How can I transfer all my previous year's information to another account? The email associated with my current account will be deactivated soon.

i think it's better to file this year's tax return with my new account created. But would like to know how to transfer all information from current account to my new account first.

TurboTax accounts cannot be combined or merged with other accounts.  If you plan to start a new online account you will be starting it from scratch.   Keep a record of the account and user ID for the old account so you can get into it if you need to.

You could just update your account with your new email.

Thanks for your reply. That’s helpful. But the email associated with my current account  will be deactivated soon. Assuming that I can still use the email and password to log in and check on previous year’s data. But if I ever forget my password in the future or need to amend password, I will not be able to do so as I’m unable to receive any password recovery or email notification any more. Is that right ?
