TurboTax can only provide help remotely, which is probably not going to work in your situation. You should go to a local tax professional to have your tax return prepared. The "paperwork" that you need to bring to the tax professional is forms and statements that came to you in the mail, or that you have to access online, such as W-2 or 1099-series forms, or bank or brokerage statements. You might need help from a family member or friend to find the forms that you received in the mail or to access forms online.
