How can I start over or at least get back to the screen to scan w2? Would not work last night so I chose enter manually. Want to go back and scan it...

If you have not filed, here are the steps:

In TurboTax online,

• Sign in to your TurboTax account and select Pick up where you left off
• At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "w2" and Enter
• Select Jump to w2
• Follow prompts

I have  Home and Business and once I left "walk through" track, I cannot get to the prompt to scan another W2

This is the desktop version of TurboTax, and it will function differently

.

• There are two modes to this software and they do appear in the top right hand corner.
  • Step by Step - These are input screens
  • Forms - This will show forms as they will appear in your tax return.
  • Click the ICON to toggle between them.

1. It sounds like you want to go back to the Step by Step mode.
2. In Step by Step, Under FEDERAL
3. Select Wages & Income
4. Click [I'll Choose what I work on]
5. In the drop-down choose Wages & Salaries [Update]
6. This will list the W-2's you've posted.
7. At the bottom of the page [Add a new W-2]
8. Follow the interview.
