How can I schedule a call from the Tax expert when available?

You can't request a callback from this forum. You can speak to a TurboTax Live Agent using TurboTax Experts. You can switch to TurboTax Experts by following the steps below:

1. Sign into TurboTax and open your tax returns
2. Select Live Tax Advice 
3. Select Upgrade.

I am not sure what I am upgraded to, as I was told I have the plan the allow me to speak with someone on how the turbotax product works.  The response did not address my question.

If you've already paid for the service:

1. Sign in to TurboTax
2. Look for the "Live Help" or "Live Tax Advice" button. 
3. If you have the service, it appears on the screen 
4. It may be in the top right or a floating button.
5. In these sessions, you can see  the TurboTax representative, but they cannot see you. 
6. In addition, the representative can see your tax return.
   • You will do the navigation, and
   • You will make any changes to the return.
