How can I report an issue with the app not taking the employer ID number?

A U.S. Federal Employer ID number (EIN or TIN) is 9 digits, usually in the form NN-NNNNNNN. Any other format will not be accepted.

If it is a State number, try leaving out any dashes or spaces.
